I would give 4 stars to this property. Although the room is small, it is expected. All the necessity are ready, including slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer...and a bathtub too. It's perfect actually. However, i have to deduct 0.5 star that when i check-in at 18:30 and walked into the room, the room was not cleaned, I have to report to the staff and then wait for 15 minutes until it is cleaned for me to move in. I need to deduct another 0.5 stars because the soundproofing is not good. If other guests talk loudly, I could hear, in which affect my rest much. So, 4 stars only

Good location! Walk 5 mins to XMD & 12 mins walk to Taipei main station. I was lucky to get a spacious single room. Hotel look quite new.

Overall a poor experience, building was old, room was small, refrigerator didn’t work, and housekeeping supplies weren’t provided sufficiently. Location was ok as it was in between ximen and Taipei main station however not too close to either.

Great Stopover at Taipei
The hotel is a bit far from Taipei Main station, maybe 15mins walk. If you have big luggage, is best to use the lift at Z1 Taipei City Mall exit as that is the only lift available at the Z Zone. The hotel nearest exit is Z10 but you have the use the stairs. The hotel has lots of interesting snacks at the lobby which I like trying. Thank you for that!😊 Just a few roads away there is also a street full of breakfast shops in the morning. Ximending is also nearby, but I prefer the Carrefour further down at Guilin Street for my souvenir shopping. Overall a pleasant stay. They cleaned my room daily, and it was super convenient for me to take a direct bus to Maokong from the hotel's nearby bus stop.

Good location near Taipei main station, Ximen. The bad thing is 4 people room is next to stairs and it is not safety at all when you open the door.

舒適住宿
小小的一間旅店但服務和整體環境都很好，房間雖然比較細但床很舒適。酒店步行到台北車站有點遠但可以接受，這價錢算是物有所值了。

シャワールームのみのシングルルームに宿泊。窓無しのコンパクトなお部屋でリノベしたてといった感じで明るくきれい。お掃除も丁寧にして頂いていました。所々に築年数を感じる部分も残っていますが気にならず、気持ち良く過ごせます。アメニティは最低限なので心配な方は持参を。金庫はなし。トイレの紙はゴミ箱へ、タオルは年代物(台湾あるある)。紙スリッパと普通のドライヤーが嬉しい。館内の内装も運営も全体的にお若いスタッフさん達が頑張っておられる様子。日本語を話せる方もいらっしゃいました。西門駅、北門駅だけでなく台鉄台北駅にも10分ちょっとで行けます。周囲にコンビニ朝食店スイーツ店コーヒー屋とお店も豊富。すごく便利な立地ですよ。そしてお手頃価格。個人的には総じて100点でした！

スタッフの方々がみなさん感じが良く、お部屋の清掃もとても良かったので安心して宿泊できました。 数年前に改装してきれいになり、普通のビジネスホテルといった感じ、お値段も割と安いのではないかと思います。 どの駅も10分弱歩きますが、複数の駅を利用できて便利でした。ほとんどの通りには屋根があるので雨でもそれほど気になりません。 今回は12月なのに暑くてクーラーしか使わなかったのですが、改装前、2月に泊まったことがあり、その時は暖房がなくて少し寒かった覚えがあります。 改装され暖房設備が導入されたのか確認しておこうと思ったのですが、すっかり忘れてました。設備のところに冷房としか書かれてないので無いのかもしれません。

其實酒店沒有大門題，都很整潔，設計亦很好，一個去旅行又想住酒店就啱哂。但係曾經在酒店房內見過一隻曱甴仔。行去西門比起去台北站近，但依然要經過地下街先會到達，要花一點時間。由於我的行李箱壞咗，買咗新的舊的需要處理，酒店人員都很樂意幫手處理。真的很謝謝他們！🙏

広くはない部屋だけどスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良い旅行になった。コンビニは近くにあるが遅い時間になると周りで食事するところがないのがマイナスポイント。駅前ではなく少し離れた場所にある（店が少なくなって薄暗くなってきたところにあるので深夜着や初めての方は道順を確認しておいた方が良いです） 早朝バスに乗るため駅近で歩ける範囲なので選んだが10〜15分くらいかかります。重い荷物がある場合は余裕を持って行った方が良い。

こんにちは、コメントありがとうございます。確かに、ビジネス街の中心に位置しており、早く閉まるお店が多いので、買い物には少し不便です〜でも、隣の通りは賑やかな場所ですよ〜でも、次回私たちのホテルに行くときはもっと便利になりますよ〜

一進房間就看到牆邊有很大隻的蟑螂 告知前枱第一反應竟然是懷疑……後續沒有任何賠償只有幫忙消毒房間 體驗真的很差 房間很小 服務跟房價不合 毛巾拖鞋也不是每天更換 感覺有其他更好的選擇（請注意清潔姐姐是外籍人士不會說中文英文）

設備有點舊, 整體清潔衛生. 比較奇怪是不知為什麼, 每天都會把房內拖鞋丟掉, 要換新的.

員工服務態度親切。不管是 大堂的櫃台員工，清潔房間的員工，接聽電話的員工，人都很好。 第一天在房間，電視沒有畫面。在電話告知後，一分鐘內就有員工來解決，很感謝。 房間空間小。打開大的行李箱，不太方便。 房間設施有點舊。不過，冷氣温度很充足，不會熱。 可能因為房間是用 地板，所以 房間清潔後，還是會看到一些頭髮。建議大家還是穿著拖鞋吧。這點，有少少扣分。 不過，房間的隔音不錯。我房間靠近升降機，也不會被吵到，能直接睡到天亮。 酒店位置在台北車站及西門町之間。距離捷運站，大約十至十五分鐘。酒店旁邊就有便利店，能隨時買食物吃。 但，女生要注意。晚上十一點後，從西門町去酒店的路，就比較少人，也沒有很亮的街燈。一個人還是不要太晚回去。 飯店大堂有免費咖啡和水。方便退房後的大家，能回飯店休息，再到機場。 最後，我覺得這間飯店，比較適合一個人 來公幹或旅行。如果有老人家和小朋友一起，我建議找 與西門町捷運站更靠近的飯店。

地點在台北車站和西門町中間，不太方便。而且如果太晚回去，兩邊都有點靜，遠離熱鬧部分。 最大問題是廁紙不能沖馬桶，感覺太唔衛生。
