Excellent service & accommodation

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Macau! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. Very convenient to travel from the hotel & transport is excellent. The hotel is in the middle of the prime area (Taipa) & 15 min walk-able distance from well known casinos Venetian, Galaxy etc

I got an upgrade and stayed on the 17th floor. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Fitness center is limited and pool is closed for the winter. Overall, i had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

In a city of pretentious high priced hotels this was good value. Transport straight outside hotel via new Metro service

Better than expect. With so many fancy hotels available in Macau, Grandview hotel is certainly not outstanding. However, it is a good value if you only want a place to stay. It is not as fancy as other 5-stars, 6-stars large casino hotels in Macau, but it certainly fits my purpose for just want a place to stay over night in hotel. Room is decent size and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Fast for check-in and check-out. Easy access to public transport (a bus stop in about 300m with multiple lines.). 7-11 opens 24 hours next to the hotel. About USD$7 for a cab to Macau Airport. US$15 for a cab to the entry of mainland China.
