"Not sure why on Google it has less than 4 stars as it was an excellent stay, all in all. Lobby is located on the 8th floor, with elevators being outside on the ground floor. Check in was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious and functional. I had the trendy room double bed, and for one person it had an abundance of space-full desk, double bed, and while the bathroom isn't the largest, it is absolutely functional and the shower is sizable. Used the laundry room during my stay which was useful and not too busy.
The location was very convenient, don't know much about Tainan's structure but there are numerous restaurants and stands, with many being on the Michelin guide and more. In a 5-10 minute walking radius there are a great number of food options, and if you expand it to 15 minutes you now have great shopping options too. I highly recommend FX Hotel Tainan, and am glad to have been able to stay for an extraordinarily reasonable price."
