「This hotel has seen better days but the female receptionist made it sadly a hotel we will want to forget. Her attitude which was arrogant and obtuse was only matched by her overall lack of competence and her totally unprofessional approach. Her poor command of English could not be used as an excuse as even in Arabic she was poor. Aside from nearly depriving us of our right to breakfast, she also asked to see my passport 3 times.
