「The check - in and check - out lines were one queue , and there were a lot of people in line . However , only three counters were open , and the processing was extremely slow . I almost missed my ship .」
"The location is quite convenient, the room is very nice, and everything is very clean. The staff are very friendly and even gave a small gift to our child. It happened to be my mother’s birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with a cake delivered to our hotel room. We truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hotel staff!"
