「We had a very disappointing experience at this property. We had to change rooms three times because every room had a different problem. The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The rooms did not even have toilet paper. 「Accomodation is ok but a loud whistle noise coming from the main reception woke us up at 4am. The fire alarm went off at 4.45 am in the main reception. It was awfully loud. Someone turned it off 10 mins later but it went off 3 more times after. Very bad sleep, practically none existent. Reception said in the morning that someone was smoking in their room, however the alarm was activated at the main reception. Also the fire box in the corridor was smashed. 「L'appartement était conforme à la description. Il était super propre, je trouve que l'hôtel a l'air neuf, je ne sais pas de quand il date. Le personnel était très bien, très agréable, et vraiment présent pour nous. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de l'avenue Andrássy. Le lit était bien confortable ! C'était très calme il n'y avait pas de bruit et cela nous permettait de bien dormir. Design de la chambre très bien choisi. Je recommande à 1000% ! 」
