「Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. I'd stay here again My only complaint is that the shower doesn't close all the way, so water will splatter onto the floor by the sink. They provide a squeegee to help solve this, but it didn't do a very good job. For a few hours...

「Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. 「Chali is by far the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro. It has a true resort feel, like the Caribbean. Rooms are spacious, staff is amazing, drinks were great, and the views are amazing. Coming back from New York soon for sure. 」
