「New Facility 3 months old. Staff went out of their way to support any and every request.
A beautiful hotel w 3 pools, wide open spaces and many many each chairs and beds to relax in. Next to other high end hotels, this Marriott surpasses its neighbours with nicer furnishings and updated amenities. Steps from the beach and showers at the beach side entrance, from ocean to pool or room is effortless. The rooms are generous and comfortable with lovely linens. And the breakfast was excellent,...

「The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use.
A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use.
Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!」

「The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading.
Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom.
No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager!
Wish there was an option to zero star!!
Worst experience with any stay」
