최근에 지어져서 정말 깨끗합니다. 방음이 잘 되어있어서인지 조용하고 쾌적하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 베이커리 빵도 맛있구요, 시간이 없어서 식당은 이용하지 못했지만 맛있을것 같아요. 편의시설도 잘 되어 있어요.
