This hotel smells like hot cat piss and dog sh$& cigarettes smoke and marijuana . The rooms are dirty the rugs in mine and my daughters room looked like there was blood on them the bathroom ceiling was caving in the bathroom and smelled moldy there are several areas where there are plaster on the walls but not finished. my grandson got some kind of eye infection we all have allergies and it affected us because of not being clean and all the animals and smoke the pool area was disgusting and dirty .

Absolutely FILTHY. Carpet, furniture, walls…filth obviously everywhere. Stains, debris, fingerprints, all signs of failure to have been cleaned. The entire hotel smells of active marijuana smoke. Shady and RUDE staff. The check in person watched me walk in as she smoked a cigarette at the door outside chatting with someone. I waited at the desk with loud rap music blaring. When she threw her cigarette on the ground she came in and went behind the desk, continued to ignore me, and started a conversation about helping her coworker “fill out paperwork”. When she checked me in, I was not given a parking pass. I had to drop my bags in the room and return to the desk and and wait until some one returned. 35 minutes later, I have a ridiculous parking pass. I felt the most unsafe in a hotel thn I ever have before. When I decided to go to bed, I moved a table in front of the door and used my suitcase to block the window of my ground floor room. Frankly, this is the most disgusting, unkept, filthy, stinking, run down slum of a hotel I have ever stayed in. Next time, I’ll sleep in my car! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves. Instead of watching ‘whatever’ on your phone (front desk Saturday morning) try cleaning the glass front doors. Lazy staff.

Front desk was friendly, and responsive. However, there was a group of teenagers yelling/talking very loudly in the hallway in front of our room until 2 AM. We did hear staff ask them to be quiet once. And they were quiet for a little bit, but then went back to being loud. Dog poop stain in the carpet, right in front of the door. Conditioner was empty. Microwave was not quite functional. Very old, and it rocked back and forth, and took 4 minutes to 1/2 pop a bag of popcorn. Our room started to smell like weed around midnight. Maybe someone was smoking in one of the rooms next to us, or just outside and it was blowing in. Not sure. Same group of teenagers brought their vapes into the hot tub with them. Rules were not enforced.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The pictures are not true reflections of what the hotel or rooms look like and they fail to mention on Expedia that this is also a hotel that has low-income housing. Within minutes of arriving, we saw numerous homeless people, a prostitute walking in, and people shooting up in the parking lot. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with our young children. We wouldn’t be able to get a refund and due to the time we got there, we stayed. Our first rooms smoke alarm was out and constantly beeping so they put us in another room that had dirty sheets, one towel, and no toilet paper. The woman working was very kind and easily changed our room and got us what we needed. They bump rap downstairs all hours of the day. There are numerous transient and homeless pulling milling about and one of the outside doors is broken with caution tape all around it. It was not worth the price and again the pictures must be photoshopped, stolen or enhanced because that place was the most broken down disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Stay away!!!
