Problema no resuelto con fuga de agua.

En general todo muy bien, pero se presento un problema con el inodoro de la habitación de al lado que estuvo corriendo toda la noche y no fue resuelto por el hotel, en consideración que fue informado, lo que nos molesto u poco durante la noche. ya que sonaba uy claro en nuestro pieza.

Falta de atención

No sé cómo hacen para escoger personal para el frontdesk del hotel, pero cada vez que voy no tienen empatía, son un poco apáticos, no te mencionan de las bondades del hotel o que te pueden ofrecer. Adicional a ello el servicio es muy lento por la cantidad disminuida de personal. Adicioanl a ello el de seguridad nos vio bajar y no se inmuto a ser atento para llevar las maletas. Espero mejoren ya que la atención al huésped debe ser de la mejor para que el hotel sobresalga porque tienen un hotel lindo y lo mejor de todo moderno.
