"Perfect location and lovely hotel for family"

"Really cute hotel. Great location close to the lifts."

"Struttura ottima. Camere semplici ma per brevi soggiorni alpini sono perfette"

"Very nice people great location ... room little sad and old"

"Amazing view and good layout. Good storage. "

"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"Ménage non fait Frigo non vidé télé ne fonctionne pas Même pas une éponge ou liquide vaisselle dans l'appartement Couleur des oreillers improbable couette à bout de souffle 4 ampoules HS service client devait faire le nécessaire personne ne m'a jamais rappelé. "Well located property. Poor communication. Property very “tired” and expensive for what you get. "

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."
