Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality coffee & tea. So disappointing

Ruhiges Haus am Park

Renoviertes Haus in schöner Lage. Parkraumbewirtschaftung verbesserungswürdig. Schöne Zimmer und Bäder; die Doppelbetten haben aber nur 1,40m Breite (Queensize). Koffergestell lässt sich im Zimmer mangels Platz auch nicht richtig aufstellen. Sehr schönes Frühstück. Personal mit gemischten Leistungen.

Noise from hotel staff

In general the hotel is very nice. However I was placed on ground floor towards the parking and street, plus on top of the spa areal. It was alot made by employees of the hotel. Doors and load talking. So I would always prefer a room on top floor towards the park area.

It had been my third trip to Szczecin as my husband was born in the city. We had walked through the park on our previous visits and wanted to stay there. The location was perfect for us. When we were. preparing for our trip, I checked our reservations. I realized that I had booked reservations at hotel with a similar name and the Grand Park Hotel did not have a vacancy. I wrote them a letter of desperation and they were able to accommodate my request. The hotel is lovely with beautiful cherry woodwork. The staff always did everything that they could do to accommodate our requests.. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the young bartender who was very conscientious and concerned that the drinks were perfect. I wish that I was still at the hotel.

Det var ett mycket fint hotell nyrenoverat och hur bra som helst. Fantastisk fin och trevlig personal. Och vilken fin restaurang dom har och maten är helt helt underbar. Det är värt att bo här om ni är i polen. Det är nära till centrum bara några kilometer från hotellet.

Negativ: Wir hatten extra ein teureres Deluxe Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht und uns sehr auf den Blick gefreut. Wir bekamen dann aber nur ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die Begründung: Von den sieben Deluxe-Zimmern hätten nur drei Seeblick, es werden aber alle sieben Deluxe Zimmer mit Seeblick verkauft. Ich bat um eine Rückrstattung des Differenzbetrags zu einem Standardzimmer, das war aber nicht möglich. Habe mich etwas verarscht gefühlt. Positiv: Toplage am Park, wunderbare Terasse am See, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant, freundlicher Service.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, man sieht das alles neu aus. Zimmer klein aber dafür gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem. Kaffemaschine und deutsches Fernsehen. Frühstück war richtig gut und der Frühstücksraum wirklich schön, auch mit dem Ausblick auf Park und See. Negativ war nur, dass die Dame beim Check-in unsere Reservierung lange nicht gefunden hat und dass der SPA Bereich erst um 16 Uhr aufmacht...
