Beautifully located on the sea with a second floor veranda that provides a gorgeous view of Ermoupoli and the crystal clear sea and neighboring islands. This is a small, quaint, vintage hotel with a lovely onsite owner operator Kupia Dina. Good value for value oriented guest.

We couldn't stay at this apartment. It was not at all as advertised and we had to find other accommodation, which we did. We had booked the blue room and were shown around. The bed was almost on the floor and bumpy. What was called a kitchenette had a hot plate only. We were most disappointed as we had booked it and paid for it in January. We took the loss, as it was better than staying there.

The old lady managing the property is very sweet and kind. The property is also well managed, it may not look too good from the outside but the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Absolutely no complaints at the price point, highly recommended and will definitely return if I visit Syros again!

Not luxury, but character galore and a beach

This place is a bit wonky--family-owned and operated, old-fashioned facility. Do you like having a garden with cats and a room with character but perhaps not all the amenities? You'll like this. The location, beach-wise, was great. My two adult kids stayed in this room. It took them a while to figure out how some things worked. But the price was right, the owner/operator was delightful, and they ended up very happy with it.
