「We chose the cheapest room rate and I suppose we got what we paid for. Towels stained and thread barren, shower curtain heavily coated with pink mold, all edgings black with muck that could be scrub brushed, walls splattered with all matter and in need of paint, couch was too dirty to sit on.」

They were courteous and considerate and even changed our room after we checked in because we did not like the originally assigned room mainly because of where it was situated.
