Really didn't want to write a negative review, but since I asked for the manager to call me 4 times since Friday night and he's never available, here goes: The room looked clean but when I pulled back the covers of my bed, there were black hairs on the sheets. Couldn't miss them. Really gross. No matter the price point for a hotel, at a minimum you expect clean sheets. I had to run to the car to grab a blanket and wrapped myself up in it to sleep. Had the manager just called me to address this, I wouldn't bother to post. But now I am downright angry.

This was the absolute worst experience! I was not expecting perfect but clean would have been nice. My husband and I arrived around 830pm we chose this hotel last minute because my husband was scheduled for surgery this morning at the hospital near by. You are not able to walk in the lobby you need to be buzzed in by the attendant ok I get it crazy world this gentleman wasn't bad checked went to room like I said all I need was clean and close to hospital. Super sketchy outdoor corridor to a an even sketchier elevator. Then the room, small not horrible at first glance we were good. Dropped our bags went for dinner. When we returned wind blowing under 20 degrees out we go ring bell again to gain access to hotel this time older man working the lobby, well what do you want? We would like to go to our room!!! Showed him our room key through the door . Nope would not let us in!!!! Made us walk back down the parking lot to another exterior door to gain entrance. My husband was furious I told him calm down no big deal laughed it off. We went back to the room....where we are supposed to have WiFi and television....husband jumps in shower I try to turn on tv., tablet, phone WiFi doesn't work tv what a joke. Still not a huge deal. Husband gets out of shower I'm getting ready to take mine and my husband pulls the blankets back on the bed and there was BLOOD!!! Not murder seen blood but someone's blood that did not belong to me or him! We call the front desk to let them know about the

The room was small but clean and perfect for one traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was easy to sign on and reliable. The room and bathroom looked newly remodeled. The only complaint I have is on my last night there was no parking available but the staff was able to assist. Overall I would stay here again.

Clean room and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was cozy, and the hotel was quiet at night. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. Very close to downtown Syracuse. Great value.

The only 2 positive things I can say about this hotel, but they are big positives, is that the beds were comfortable and the hotel room was clean. For the negatives: 1. It is very old, the hotel itself, room furniture, etc. 2. The pictures are deceiving from the website, it is not new looking in any aspect. 3. Room access is outdoors only, like a motel. I either overlooked that, or they had some clever photography hiding that fact !!! 4. The “breakfast”, touted as excellent, etc, did not appear appetizing at all, burnt what looked like turkey bacon, and 1 container of unappetizing eggs and hash browns, and bread in a container that stays out all day; not sure how that could remain “fresh”. 5. Staff that is not very polite, to the point of not even speaking back when you say “hi” to them. If it was not a hassle to fight with Expedia for a prepaid registration, I would have cancelled my reservation immediately upon walking into the lobby. I will never stay there again and do not recommend it.
