The hotel was incredibly dirty with stains all over the carpets, holes in the windows as you walked up the stairs, and just overall dirty throughout. As we approached the room, the remainder of the hallway didn't even have carpets... Also, pest control was cleaning and spraying the hotel as we checked in.

Rooms/ carpets / furniture were a little stained and worn from heavy use. Staff were pleasant. No coffee available. Bed was not hotel standard. The room was very quiet. This is ultra-low budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. Thank you for the safe stay.

When I got there, there were four cop cars there. The carpet was wet & stained parts of the ceiling were missing and it smelled like blood and urine. There were unidentifiable stains in the room, and I didn’t even stay there. It seemed as a murder had just occurred.

They were arrogant. Called to about early check in and said would cost $20 extra. Arrived at 11am-1130am ish and i was told no come back at 1pm. So we asked for a full refund because they were unable to accurate our request. They said to call Expedia. So I did. Expedia was unable to resolve the issue. Went back in 2x and rang the bell and no one ever came to the desk. After seeing someone enter the front door we went back in and asked how are we quaranted a room when we return at 11pm. He decided to check us in.and.give us our key for later. The room and property were a disarray.

Honestly I came into this knowing that this was a no frills experience. Your basic needs met; a bed, bathroom and there was a fridge and TV. Nothing extra and didn’t expect it either. Staff was very friendly and did their best with the situation they are given as well. I have no complaints what so ever.

I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get checked in and when I went to check out I waited so long for someone to come to the desk that I went back to the room. I had a hard time finding my room and the heat was so loud I could not sleep.

Don’t just walk, run away from this property if you don’t want to feel like you might actually pick up some disease by staying there. Based on condition of the property, I believe their license should be revoked to receive guests. We stayed at room 140, and this is what we found: broken curtains and furniture; stained, filthy seat cover and carpet; stained towels and pillowcases; cockroaches!!! These are unacceptable and unsanitary conditions! This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I asked Expedia for a refund.
