When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. "

"This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number.
