"I knew things were wrong when I saw that the check-in counter and the drinks bar were the same structure. And it got worse. In one single, dingy room, the check-in staff double up as bar tender, wait-staff, and cleaners as well. If you want to order a meal or a drink, you cannot get anyone's attention ..."
