However, there might be some miscommunication in regarding to the room assignment, you can always come to out receptionist and ask for a room change if you had difficulties reaching the lockers. We also provide spoons and forks, all you need to do is ask our friendly staff :). In regarding to the lights on the level 4 bathrooms, because that this building we are in is a historical heritage, we can't change the lights without the council's approval, however we already applied for that. We sincerely apologise that these issues caused you, we are trying our best to improve our facilities. we look forward to accommodate you again in the future!

Dear Guest, It is mentioned on every booking website, that all our Capsules can not be locked because of fire safety.Also if your locker does not lock, you are welcoem to let our receptionist staff know and we will fix it right away. Dear guest,We provide memory foam mattress which will more softener than a standard mattress. However, extra pillows and duvet are available on level 3 reception. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to provide you with more information to assist you in your quest.We will pass your feedback to the management and our housekeepers to make sure that they do clean the bathrooms and the rooms thoroughly as cleanliness are our priority and also maintain the high standard of the cleanliness. As the bathrooms and toilets are also for share it maybe the previous guest has used it before we do have regular schedule for the housekeeping to clean it every day without fail.
