Great experience.
1.Great location, near to Central station and it only took 20 mins from Sydney airport. 2. Room is clean and the facilities are in good condition. (pillows and bed are perfect) 3. Convenient to shop and get food. 4. Friendly and helpful concierge. Great service. 5. Near bars so bit of noisy at night.

when entering finding a used cup on the table , and there is a complementary milk in the refrigerator but was already opened!? at night , then a HUGE cockroach appeared!!! oh my god !!!! aweful tô death!

這是我第三次入住Breakfree on George, 亦是感受最差的一次。我們入住的房間，沒有浴簾，沒有浴門，無論怎樣，水都會濺出，因為有地巾，我們就算了。過了幾天，我們回房間時發現門外走廊放置了一堆用過的毛巾和床單(直至第二天早上我們外出仍在)。回到房裡，原本置於垃圾桶中的垃圾袋已被扎好，但被安置在洗手盤旁邊。再過一天，我們發現地巾被收了，但沒有換回一條給我們。這樣馬虎的服務我們真的無法接受。

I had booked a room away from the elevator，but when I checked in, I found my room is next to the elevator.Actually it's the first room when you come out from the elevator.I have to doubt that they did it on purpose.I'm not happy in a word.

High CP hotel
Very convenient location, just next to China Town and lots of dining choices nearby. Staff are very nice and helpful. We get a free upgrade to apartment room, very spacious. However, same comment as other traveller, it is a bit noisy as it is in the heart of the town. Also, i guess the hotel is under renovation, so the public area is quite messy....

Very comfy stay in SYD
Me and my partner arrived earlier than the check-in time but the front desk staff was very helpful to complete the check-in paperwork for us. The hotel staff even sent our bags to our room before we came back for the room. Every staff was helpful and always smiling that made me feel so welcomed^^. Room was equipped with microwave oven and sink, a little lovely refrigerator, a nice bath tub and a tiny balcony. It could be a bit noisy if you open the balcony door, but it was all good when the door was shut. House keeping was done tidily everyday. Both of us were very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

亚洲来的客人一般都还没有习惯12:00退房,此酒店十点退房,入住的时候又不提示告知,退房才指着牌说早上10点退房,看回订单才知道.....退房晚了一点加了5澳元,上网15澳元,建议看懂中文的朋友有其他选择就不要订此酒店....也建议hotels.com在中文站点上对于这些特殊要求的酒店作出明显的标志,例如10AM退房,有没有热水壶等适合中国人习惯的提示....

terrible. a big big 2-inch cockroach appeared in the room. i should took a photo to share here. but at that moment you only could do was to kill it asap. i nearly got hurt when chasing it....scary experience, which i never had before in any hotel in any cities. hotels.com should refund that day to me....

假日樓下餐廳會有party,我們住七樓還聽到振動聲很難入睡，如果你23點後才回飯店，還得從後門進入。 市區景點走路都能到，或是走一段路搭35號市區免費觀光電車，幾乎景點都有停，離商圈幾分鐘路程，很好逛很好買。

Could choose a better one.
Location is fine. You can walk to the Darling Habour and even the Fish Market. Room is spacious. No washing machine in the room. You can find the washing machine on B1 and it is charged. Sheets and blankets are not very clean. Pots and pans are not provided unless you call the receptionist and borrow them.
