First of all Excellent customer service by Debbie and team made so easy process and friendly welcome really appreciated. Rooms was good bit oldish but very well maintained and clean. Beach view mind blowing saw sunrise clearly from our lounge area while sitting inside ❤️

Room was very noisy at 3am there was a rubbish truck that emptied bottles waking up and at 6am had a recycle truck also waking us up every day. We had to was both mugs up before we used them. Bed was soft and uncomfortable. We wanted to check in early as we had been up traveling in the early hours to be informed it would be 1.30 for cleaning. On the last day we wanted to have an 11.00 checkout only to be told we couldn't as the cleaner only works between 9.00 and 11.00. So why could we not check in early? I think some customer service skills wouldnt go a miss.

We had a fantastic stay at Manly Paradise Motel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. We booked a room with two single beds – it was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed, was clean, tidy, and incredibly convenient with the beach right outside our door. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Manly Wharf, and we felt completely safe the whole time. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!

Nice beach view but outside noise ruins room

Booked a room and got an upgrade to the Corner room which had a view of both the street behind and the beach and that was easily the only good thing the room had going for it. For the very exorbitant price I arrived to a room that had the beds still not made from the previous persons staying and the outside noise of the street behind was the worst part of my stay as a commercial truck and cherry picker were conducting very loud activities outside from 6:30am every morning. I got no good sleep at this place because the owner of the property is too cheap to invest in double glazed windows and sound proofing, since the archaic bathroom had no exhaust the window is set to be permanently open which let's more sound in as you are separated from the bathroom by a thin sliding door. With the amount of money you fleece from people every night which tallies around 300AUD average you can easily afford sound proofing and double glazed windows. The view, and the location do all the heavy lifting, if you get a corner room that has a window on the back street prepare to get no sleep.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. This property is a great base from which to enjoy Manly and the surrounding beaches. The property is very conveniently located with very easy walkable access to the beach, restaurants, pubs, and Manly town centre. Check-in was efficient. Reception and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with good amenities and a view of the beach. The only shortcoming was the bathroom which was quite small and a bit tricky to move around in. Also there is no onsite parking, but it is available nearby.
