Thanks to the front desk for helping us with the early check in around noon. After a long flight, we can really use this to fresh up and be ready for the sight seeing. However, I didn’t notice that the room I reserved did not have a bathtub. Besides, there no swimming pool in this hotel. The gym has a great view. Just a head up for the new comers! The location couldn’t be better, we basically walk everywhere.

飯店位置適中走路去景點都方便，附近的餐廳不多吃東西就較不方便。整體來說住宿是不錯的。馬桶蓋的噪音要改
飯店位置佳去臨近重要景點走路即可到達。例如較遠一點的中國城約17-18分鐘即可抵達。 我們住的是一個king size的床，再加了一張rolling bed 就有些擠了。厠所的馬桶蓋沒有緩衝會製造很大的噪音，影響生活品質。另我住的時間較長近二星期，覺得浴室沒有浴缸不完善也沒晾掛衣服掛衣繩，房間內沒有設計抽屜很不方便。

The room that I stayed was from the new block which should be something like a service apartment. The downside is there is no elevator. Guests need to walk a long way back to the old block to access elevator

overall the room is OK but the bath room is bit small. after taking shower, the whole floor were wet. The toilet was not installed properly. The cover was always felt down. The garbage can was big. I needed to move the garbage can away before closing the bathroom door.

What a stunning hotel ! From start to finish the experience was A . The staff are extremely attentive and go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care off. The room was stunning with amazing views and the location unbeatable. The rooftop bar is just gorgeous! 10/10 recommend this hotel if in Sydney.

Perfect location with a fabulous Harbour view. Our room was beautifully appointed and the service from staff was exceptional. We had a delicious breakfast each day at the Sailmaker and my daughter and I enjoyed wonderful facials at Nabea Spa. We will certainly be back!

Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Every question was answered with a smile. Check-in and check out process was very smooth. Room was very good and the house keeping was great.

The staff were lovely, but our room was right near a plant room or something as it was whirring all night which kept us both awake. Really disappointing. Room was pretty small and stuffy even though it’s a king room. Water temperature in shower was scalding hot and it took ages to get it adjusted. Bed was super comfortable.

The Hyatt is a hidden gem in Sydney. Very clean and the rooftop bar was fabulous. Their breakfast buffet was great but because it was Easter Sunday, they didn’t inform people that their breakfast on Sunday (concluding usually at 10:30) was going to conclude earlier, 10am so they could set up for the brunch at 11. I felt for all the people who rocked up and paid for the breakfast at 9:30 only to have a short/rushed breakfast. I had to take my bagel with me, they were in such a rush, the service even took my coffee away and it was full. I guess this is a little hard to digest considering we spent close to $75 for this breakfast.

Nice hotel near Darling Harbour. Just a shame they have ripped the heart out of the harbour by demolishing all the restaurants and shops along the far side. All there seems to be in Sydney now are restaurants. We won't be back.
