「入住体验非常棒，前台接待会说中文，虽然我会英语，但还是直接与我们用中文沟通，checkin手续办完后，还亲自带领我们去房间并且介绍客房设施等。房间的景色就不用多说啦，呆个几天都不嫌多。早餐也很棒。总之是非常完美的经历，下次有机会还会再去。交通的话最方便是自驾，如果是做火车去沃韦，下车后需要走15分钟到上山小火车车站，坐到山顶即可。如果行李较重，可以建议酒店安排收费车辆接送，非常方便。」

「位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。」

「Un excellent hôtel avec tout le confort recherché pour un 4 étoile (un minibar en plus serait la crise sur le gâteau). Idéal pour un séjour au calme et reposant. L'espace bien être est super. Il est à 15 minutes de Montreux, cela vaut le coup de s'éloigner un peu de la ville. Le restaurant est à recommander, comme l'hôtel. Continuez...」

「We loved staying at Hôtel Masson! My husband and I are fans of historic hotels and this one is a jewel of a place. As the oldest hotel in the area, it is simply charming. The rooms are spacious while being cozy. The beds are comfortable, and the bar/salon is classic and elegant. We found the staff warm and friendly, especially Karine who took such excellent care of us. Dinner was delicious. Only positive things to say about Hôtel Masson! 」
