「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「The room was very clean and was about a 20 minute walk to nearby shops. A tram stop was less than 5 minutes away, hotel offers a free travel card. 」

「I was very pleasantly surprised how good this was. For me, it was an ideal situated hotel, but some might find it a 30min walk from the Station and 40 mins from the Lake. However, I would definitely stay here again…」
