"This hotel was beautiful. There were lovely views from it of the mountains. The rooms excellent. There were bath robes and slippers. The spa area was very nice. This was included in your stay. There was a great choice for breakfast. The bar area was very nice and a lovely place to sit and relax with a drink. All the staff were so helpful. "

There is a bus stop directly at the hotel doorstep. The hotel front desk service is always so helpful with our queries. We would loved to stay at this property again."

"The location is super convenient! Walkable from Interlaken West and there are buses that bring us to different towns. Reception is very helpful in our enquiries Room is clean and spacious too. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Will stay here again"
