Personal am Empfang ein älterer Her unfreundlich, spricht seinen Sätze runter, Parkmöglichkeiten unmöglich, ich musste jeden Tag um 8.00uhr am Parkautomaten sein um zu bezahlen, ausschlafen ade, Gäste werden zurecht gewiesen obwohl es kein Grund dafür gibt, Abendbrot war bis 19.00 unmögliche Zeit ,wir waren 19.00 da und wurden gleich angepöbelt auf eine unfreundliche Art und Weise wieder der selbe Herr, man fühlt sich einfach nicht willkommen in diesem Hotel.Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenige Schritte zum Strand. das Hotel verfügt über einen Außen Bereich mit 3 Tische außen auf einer kleinen Terrasse, etwas weiter unten standen 4 Tische mit Sonnenschirme die abgedeckt waren , sodass man gezwungen war im Hotel zu frühstücken bei Sommertemperaturen unmöglich, denn drin war auch die vorhandene Klimaanlage nicht an sodas man am Morgen schon schwitzte. Es macht vieles einfacher wenn man mit einem willkommenen Lächeln begrüßt wird vom Personal, was hier nicht der Fall ist vor allem am Empfang und Küchenpersonal. Euro sieht man auch nicht so gerne vor allem am Strand, wir verreisen in kein Land wo man nicht willkommen ist, es ist bereits das 2.mal und der 1.Eindruck hat sich leider wieder bestätigt. In unserem Zimmer, in der Dusche, auf unserem Flur, auf den Toiletten vom SPA gibt es Geruchsproblem! Es riecht nach Gully Das Restaurant strahlt KEINE Gemütlichkeit aus! Der Rest war gut, nah am Strand, ca. 10minuten zur Promenade

Das Hotel ist schön. Grosse Zimmer und sehr neu und gut Eingerichtet. Frühstück könnte Besser sein. Brötchen mehr Auswahl und Bessere. Lage ist super. Ruhig und doch nah an Strand (3min) Promenade (6min) Stadtzentrum (15min) Wellness Bereich finde ich etwas dunkel Sauna ist super gibt es 3 verschiedene Pool ist okay. Hat leider nicht alles funktioniert Whirlpool draussen ist ok Personal könnte etwas mehr Qualität bringen für ein 4* Haus. Im ganzen aber eine 8/10

Bin enttäuscht 😞 Service von Frauen in der Küche unfreundlich aber nicht von allen. Essen schmeckt nicht, keine Früchte, kein grüner Tee immer am betteln das man es rausgibt aus der Küche. Parkplätze suchen und jeden Morgen Ticket kaufen um 8 Uhr ist schrecklich das ist kein Urlaub, als ob man jeden Morgen zur Arbeit geht und dann am Tag knapp 20€ bezahlen nur für Parkplatz. Nicht einmal ausschlafen wegen scheiß Parkplatz! Viele Gäste haben sich beschwert, falsche Aussagen in der Beschreibung wegen Parkplatz. Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient sonder nur 2.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Auch das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist gut. Wir waren in der Hauptsaison (August) da und waren innerhalb wenigen Gehminuten am Strand. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und war lecker. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Auch der kleine Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Jätte fint hotell. Bra service, bra frukost. ,nära havet, lite synd att det fanns för lite solstolar dom lånade ut på hotellet. Har blivit dubbel så dyrt att gå ut och äta och dricka på restaurangerna. ( gått upp dubbelt på två år) för n strand. Hotellpersonalen kunde knappt engelska, kunde bara polska och tyska, vi fick använda Google translate .

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel, direkt an der Promenade. Circa 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand sowie zum ersten Restaurant, Bar oder ähnlichem 😊 Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber, Blick zum Hinterhof raus ist sehr schön. Spa Bereich bzw der Pool recht klein für die Hotelgröße, aber schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre. Saunabereich mit 3 Saunen ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Die Dampfsauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen! 💯 Frühstücksbuffet war solide. Relativ viel Auswahl an polnischen Traditionen sowie typischen Frühstück. Jemand hat „live“ Omelet oder Rührei nach Belieben zubereitet. Wir haben für 2 Nächte knapp 200€ bezahlt Ende Juli bei bestem Wetter. Dafür war es top! EMPFEHLUNG!! ☀️😊

Hotellet ligger lidt længere væk fra spisestederne, men i dog gåafstand. Personalet var ikke særligt forstående eller medfølende over vi fik en p bøde blot 2 minutter efter vi ankom foran deres hotel. Det er ikke særlig turistvenligt. Pudderne er meget store/høje. Fedt at få lavet æg som man vil have det, hvor personalet tilbød scrambled æg, omelet eller spejlæg. Der mangler måske en lille bar i lobbyen.

Zimmer war etwas enttäuschend, fleckiger Teppich, Spinnweben an der Lampe, Duscharmatur unsauber. An der Rezeption wurde kaum bis kein deutsch verstanden. Parkplatz überteuert.

Fint hotel tæt på strand og promenade

Fint hotel, nemt at finde, med offentlig parkering lige udenfor døren. Vi kom sent og kørte tidligt. Personale var meget hjælpsomme, da vi skulle køre før det var muligt at få morgenmad, bad vi om en madpakke, hvilket ikke var noget problem, madpakken lå klar da vi skulle afsted. God service. Beliggenheden af hotellet for enden af promenaden er fin, ingen larm

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir wurden gut bewirtet und Saune, Massage und Innenpool konnten ausreichend genutzt werden. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.
