2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We followed the procedures from Hotels.com for arriving at 20:00. The property claims they never got the messages even though I showed them the messages. So we couldn’t get the keys and ended up renting a hotel room for the first night. The property had no toilet paper, the WiFi did not work, the parking space was so small that I couldn’t park my Volvo unless I wanted to climb out the drivers window and my elderly mother-in-law pulled down a curtain that was not properly installed. I have travelled the world and this is one of the worst rentals I have ever experienced. All of these issues were documented in writing and the only response I received was check out procedures.

Also musste man gucken, wo man überhaupt hin muss.

Bewertung Appartment sun and snow Platan
