「Nice hotel spoilt by the sheer noise of all the party revellers who are using the place as a crash pad」

「We had pre-booked a twin bedded room; when we arrived, it was a double; the receptionist tried to move the beds apart but couldn't as there was a double fitted sheet keeping them together. He thought that moving the beds would be acceptable until we pointed out that there was only one base sheet and one duvet ! We asked for someone to change the beds before we accepted the room: this took a long time. The receptionist was not very friendly: we knew that we had to pay 1 euro tourist tax but he...

「Alles hat super geklappt. Obwohl wir erst spät angekommen sind, konnten wir dank kontaktlosem CheckIn problemlos direkt in die Unterkunft. Sehr saubere und sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage war für uns auch gut. Die Bushaltestellen sind nicht weit und mit geschlossenem Fenster zusammen mit der Klimaanlage war der Straßenlärm auch kein Problem.」

「Everything was lovely about this place, its very clean, breakfast was fresh and lovely. Its situated not too far from the surrounding towns and taxis are cheap enough to get around. The only downfall i had was the noise from other rooms, there must of been a big group booking of teenagers that was that loud it kept me awake every night. After making a complaint it didnt do nothing to stop it. Also a suggestion would be to change the mattress, i could feel the springs, or atleast add a mattress...

「Staff were extremely helpful with info on where to go and how to get around. My room was very spacious. The pool was pleasingly warm - the jacuzzi was having some problems - not hot. Steam room and sauna also worked great. Short walk down to the beach to catch the bus. Initially very hard to find on Google map walking! Overall, definitely recommend. 」

「Booked this hotel so I could go swimming on my birthday only to find out when we arrived the pool was closed. We had a fire alarm at 4am as some one on the floor below couldn’t go the night without smoking and the hotel was filled with drunk people running around the corridors and the front desk would do nothing about it.」
