"The staff was amazing. I was tired and I am handicapped. He changed our room to one on the first floor so I wouldn't have to walk so far. The bed was comfy. The room was nice. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again."

"Tito did an incredible job getting us checked in… there was a mess up through Expedia, I tried reaching out and couldn’t contact a human person, I just kept getting automated messages. Tito got right through and was able to talk with a representative and get the message up fixed for us. Then above and beyond, a second room camera needs through and it was the one we had actually booked, he helped move us to the bigger room. Thank you Tito for helping, what had already been a few stressful days in our life, was made a bit easier."
