「Very comfortable, 15 minute walk from local attractions. 」

「Good location!」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」

「I was hopeful that this place would be nice and was blown away - just brilliant! Will happily stay again. Great location. The place was well laid out with real attention to detail for all things you might need in a holiday property. Loved the local pictures guidebooks and games.」

「Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous. The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV. There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner. The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise. We may well...

「Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back in the future.」

「A lovely little apartment, with all one needs for self catering included, absurdly close to the beach and the pub. I was in apartment 7. The apartment is actually quite a good size and could comfortably accommodate one or two people. There is a small, en-suite bathroom with shower (no bath) and a large sitting/dining room with small kitchen area. You can come and go as you please with the electronic key fob provided and literally paces from the building you are in the dunes and then on the...

「The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to Scenic View.」

「Location of the property is really good. If come with your family this property is really good and friendly for families. Nice and clean.」

「Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. 」

「Lovely sea views every morning, shops 10-15 mins walk away which was fine for us. Apartment very spacious and well equipped, cooker too could of done with a clean but otherwise would recommend」
