"We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. It’s rundown. "

"Immediately walking in, the hotel is super clean, and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, every single person I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool wasn’t quite open yet for the season, but it looked really nice from what we could see. There is a nice enough fitness facility as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again! One additional thing to note is that the hotel is next to a major highway and shares an entrance with a truck stop, so it does get a little bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bad and the view of the mountains was beautiful!"

"We booked an oversized room and holy moly was it oversized. Felt twice the size of a normal room and such high ceilings. Recently renovated also which was also nice. The pool was quite cold and the hot tub when the jets were turned on was very chlorine pungent. It made my eyes burn. We were right at the end on breakfast, but the attendant let us make a couple of pancakes anyway. She was incredibly nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were about soft/medium firmness. There were no extra sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa, but we had our own so it wasnt a big deal. Bathroom was pretty small, but nice and renovated. Shower was sizeable with a good pressure shower head. Opening the door into the bathroom you had to move to the side to then close it and get to the sink. Not a big deal. The TV installer must not have had a stud finder, there was a like of holes in the wall to find a stud to anchor the TV mount to. That was commical. Overall amazing place to stay. Would definitelt book here again. "
