"I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty."
"My stay overall was good, room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was half was thru my stay I requested to fresh towels while I was gone for the day. When I came back at the end of the day there were no fresh towels. I asked the front desk for just one set of towels/ washcloths to get thru the night so they could replace the towels the next day. The front desk said they couldn’t give out new towels until the dirty towels were returned. She offered to follow me to my room to gather the towels but then didn’t want to touch them and became rude. Is she didn’t want to touch them why not just tell me to bring them down to the front desk."
"The front desk person was asleep on a couch near the front desk. I had to wake them up to check me in. Then I got back one day and someone had pooped in our toilet and left it there while we were gone! "
"They are updating the rooms, so maybe there will be improvements in the future. There were a lot of holes in the dry wall, not many free outlets, the bed was creaking and old, wrapping on lamp shades, the curtains were stained, the bathroom needs a lot of work, toilet was clogged when we got there, no facial tissue. The room wasn’t really ready.
But there was one helpful staff member who helped us carry our bags upstairs because there’s no public elevator."
"Could be updated more, but other then that it was great! We had 6 kids with us for a birthday for my son. Every kid had a great time! The pool setup is super cool and was a major hit for the kids."
"You get what you pay for. It was cheap. Have cash. My bad for not being prepared. Credit card machine was down for the 2nd day and a $25 cash deposit was required to check in. Took an extra 20 min but thanks to the receptionist & Venmo, got it done. Don’t book if you are sensitive to smells. I open the hall door and almost gagged on the stench. There was a patio door in my upstairs room so I left it open for a half hour to air it out. The patio didn’t lock, but thank goodness no one has ever scaled up to a 2nd floor so I’m sure it was totally safe & secure - _ - The room didn’t look terrible but I did not trust the shower. Don’t use the towels & give yourself extra time to check out. To get my deposit back, someone had to do a “room check”. I had wiped my eyeshadow brush on a towel, so it looked “stained”. She brought the towel down for the receptionist to check. She looked at it & was like “oh yeah that can be washed”. But because “the owner wants more communication”, she had to call him to make sure it was OK for me to get my deposit back. After 9 calls with no answer, she apologized and I just said I would come back after my gig because I wasn’t going to be late for work over this. Considering how gross this place is, & the reviews, it felt harassing like they were trying to get me to give up so they could keep the $25. I did get a text confirming I was good to go about 30 minutes after I left. I did go back and got my money. That also took too long. But hey, it was cheap."
