「Alles bestens 」

「After reading reviews, we were skeptical, but Google reviews are more accurate. We had an excellent stay for our ski trip! Room was clean and recently updated with fresh paint and new appliances. My friend and I stayed in the four bed room with a private bathroom and found it clean, organized, and spacious. Big balcony overlooking mountains with lovely table and chairs, large comfy beds, Smart Tv, and nice hot shower. We didnt hear any noise from the street or other rooms and slept soundly....

「I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US.
