I had a great time in this aparthotel. Very clean and cosy apartment, great customer service, nice and kind staff. Very close to the beach. Could not expect more! Highly recommend!

Flott leilighetshottell for barnefamilier

Reiste hit for tredje gang. Kjempeflott sted for barnefamilier. Rent og pent både på rom og området rundt. Flott strand med underholdning for barn på stranden. Mange restauranter og cafeer i nærheten, god mat til en greis pris. Leilighetene varier litt i utstyr. 2 av 3 ganger ganger vi hatt vaskemaskin i leiligheten. Leiligheten har alt det du trenger for å lage frokost, ikke noen vits å spise lunch eller middag i leiligheten, siden 2 voksene og et barn fint spiser en god middag for 250 kr. Ute. Spa , og flere supermarkeder , samt lege senter i umiddelbar nærhet.

Fabulous Apartment

We stayed in Arena 1, our apartment was right on the beach with a great view of the marina. The apartment was spotless and cleaned everyday. There are 3 pools all within a 3 minute walk of the apartment. We used the diamond pool which had a pool bar & music. Everywhere on the complex is clean and well cared for. We were 5 min walk to the marina where there are some lovely restaurants. Or you can walk up into town, about a 15min walk up hill where there are some really lovely restaurants and it's much cheaper. We ate 3 times at the Vodopadi where we ate the mixed Sach, amazing food and our lovely waiter Boris was more than helpful. Would highly recommend this restaurant, for our family of 5 including large beer, bottle of wine, drinks for kids 2 sach, salad and chips, 3 chocolate pancakes cost £70.

Nice hotel, rude people

It was a nice apartment, not a hotel. It is not clear where to pick up the keys as there is no reception in Arena, you actually have to go to a different place. Once we found it the reception staff was not nice, no smile, not welcoming. And as it turned up the rest of the trip was the same, staff was not nice in restaurants and bars. Nobody made us feel welcome, evening entertainment was only twice a week and not in English, so clearly they don't care. I did not like the place and shortened my holidays and checked out earlier. When we checked out nobody even asked why we are going 3 days earlier. Again it was an issue to call a taxi, staff rude and not helpful.

Supert leilighetshotell for barnefamilier

Supert leilighetshotell for barnefamilier. God standard på ledighetene med bra renhold. Arena er del av et stor resort, det ryddig og ordentlig i gatene og bra vakthold. Resorten har eget legesenter , flere supermarkeder , apotek , minibank, spa og mange bra restauranter og cafe på området. Hotellet kan ordne transport fra flyplassen i Burgas. 2 Flotte strender innen 5 - 10 min. gangavstand. Servicevennlig personalet, men engelsk kunnskapen varierer. Wi-fi dekning varierer fra rom til rom, men til gjengjeld er det tilgjengelig på uteområdene også , og det er rimelig.
