房间够大

房间足够大，客厅还有基本的煤气罩及碗盆等（没有锅，没有微波炉）。如果你是开车的话，那么酒店的地理位置也不错，就在金鸡湖西南角，靠近李公堤。客厅的干净度有待改善。

Great room

Great to have a free room upgrade to a suite. Wifi is very slow at peak hours.

Excellent Service

They are very nice to upgrade me to a suite. However the internet is not very fast. Hot Shower is not hot. Hotel service is excellent

New hotel

The hotel is kind of in nowhere. No cafe, restaurant or convenience store with walking distance. If you have a friend driving you or a rental car, or don't mind taking taxi it's overall great. The food was ok, building is very new and that's why I chose this hotel.

A pleasant stay

A nice hotel, though it is old and undergoing renovation and messy. Location is a bit out of town. Cleanliness is superficial as the shelf behind the bed head is full of dust. I am full of praise for the concierge and the cafe service.

Location might not be for everyone.

You get what you pay for I guess - the price is quite low especially for the spacious rooms, though take heed that the "All Suites" monicker is not across the board - the standard king room is not a 'suite' at all. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, but it's almost entirely residential (upmarket high-rise) with some high-tech industry around. There's no shopping, bars or restaurants on the doorstep - your best bet is going to be the Ligongdi complex which is a 15-20 minute walk. Rainbow Walk is yet another 15 minutes walk further around the lake. There's a couple of convenience stores within 10-15 mins walk also. Walking outside and getting a taxi is a nightmare here at almost any time of the day, you're better walking around to Xingzhou Jie (the street where the entrance to the Chateau Regency is) but as with anywhere in SIP it's often a waiting game... or ask the hotel to arrange one in advance. The nearest Metro station is a half-hour walk away. Hotel itself was pretty old-looking and tatty and in need of a facelift though it was kept very clean. Ongoing construction work on the entrance road made it feel even more run-down. Internet connection was slow and unstable at times, but it worked for the most part. I only had a (free) wired connection available, there seemed no Wifi despite the website here saying "Free Wifi". Staff tended to ignore the "do not disturb" sign and would knock at the door regardless.

Reasonable hotel,close to some good restauran

Facilities good, service so-so. Don't expect anything for free, apartments might come with a kitchen, but pots and pans are extra. Super expensive laundry, charge for boxing leftover food, the list goes on!

Reasonable apartment hotel near industrial area

I have previously stayed here on a number of occasions, but am now reluctant to do so again. It is an economically priced large apartment room style hotel. Although the staff were friendly, there were very clear communication challenges. The hot water supply for the room failed on day 1 of a 3 day stay, with an outside temperature of about 2 degrees overnight. Whilst speaking to the staff multiple times and being assured that the problem was fixed each time, it actually was not. A decidedly chilly stay. Added to this was early signs of age (wall paper starting to peel) in the room, and quite expensive ancillary items. E.g. laundry at a greater cost than equivalent western hotels. Also, although advertised as self contained, the apartment kitchens only contain very basic crockery and no cutlery. When questioned about the microwave missing and no cooking pots etc I was advised that only long term tenants will receive these. This basically defeats the purpose of renting an apartment with a full kitchen. There are also no restaurants within reasonable walking distance, which means you're captive to the in house restaurant which is moderately expensive.

위치는 편리하나...

투숙했던 객실은 30평정도에 혼자... 레지던스형인데 침실은 만족스러우나 거실은 좀..... 무언가 안락함이 떨어짐. 주방에 조리기구도 있다고는 표시되어 있는데 실제로는 거의 없고.. 수영장은 작으나 관리는 되고 있어보임. 주변 환경은 그냥 조용함.. 그리고 와이파이도 신호가 약한건지..좀 불편함..

改善を期待

出張で2度目の宿泊です。 前回は大丈夫だったのですが今回の部屋は水回りが酷く30分出しっぱなしでもバスタブにお湯が半分しか溜まらず、シャワーの温度調整もできませんでした。 同じ19Fの部屋に宿泊した同僚の部屋も同状態で他に6Fと22Fの同僚は問題なかったのでたぶんこのフロアだけのシステムエラーでしょう。 その他よく見ると部屋のフロアに長い髪の毛が落ちていたり掃除も行き届いていませんでした。 改善を期待します。
