Nice breakfast, have double seated bath tub, but the towels were a bit dated and small. We took around 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. They have shuttle bus but not available to book. lots of convenience stores around.

You get what you pay for. This hotel has a lots of potential however missing the essential part which is cleanliness for the beddings. Pillowcases and sheets are washed but looks ivory to yellow, floor mats for sleeping are very thin and uncovered, towels smell like damp clothes. Gym was disorganized and not cleaned. Staffs were effective and attentive, there’s adequate amenities and extra they provide, korean style breakfast was good enough for the price. However, I would not recommend or come back even if I was offered great deal.

Quiet and clean

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a short walk from Exit 6 of Suwon City Hall subway station. The area was fairly quiet, but there were quite a few coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast was Korean style with many options to choose from.

Pro: Best hotel for money. Facilities, cleanless, location, friendly staff & buffet breakfast was beyond expectation at the fraction of cost so highly recommended to include the meal but limited meal for the western travellers (simplar version of the continental breakfast) Cons: the gym facilities closed, pc not working for business, local phone connection took a while but it was free to use a local call.

It was a short business trip. I didn't expect anything special. So, the building is very old but I saw that the stuff put the effort for keeping it clean. However, they really need to renovate the building. The mirror in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Or maybe it was too old idk.. I don't think I would get this hotel again.

The room itself was okay, even though it's little old. The room cleaning service was good, but still the floor is quit dirty. Most of all, the staffs on the front desk were horrible, their service was awful. On the first day, the hotel manager sounds rude when I asked if the room rate includes breakfast, and then I called them for the pillows for the futon, but he said you have enough, i said no you guys didn't provide any for the futon. He finally said okay. And the bathroom door couldn't stay closed while we have a little baby keeps trying to get into the bathroom, so we requested them to check it our, they said it's not allowed to lock it, we said no it is not staying closed!! They checked the door in person and told us they would change the room and then they insisted that all rooms are same like that. That was lying, because we could actually fix the door. Lol. Their attitude was terrible. One day when we were out, we ordered food to the hotel by mistake. We called the hotel and asked them if they can put the food inside the fridge. They said okay, and we trusted. When we came back in 4-5hours, the food was still there!!! Lol. They don't have a good customer service at all. The room cleaning service people are only caring and nice.

ベッドの下にホコリはありましたが許容範囲です。ダブルベッド1台、お布団3組で大人2人中学生1人小学生2人で泊まりました。お布団うっす！って思いましたがオンドルの暖かさが伝わる為なのですね。オンドルが快適でした。 お風呂はバスタブあってよかったですがシャワーの水がトイレの方の排水に流れてくる為床がびちょびちょになり派手に転びました。 そして、冬だと広いバスルームは寒かったです。
