「Easy to find Hotel. Parking was great. Co-op supermarket very handy next to Hotel. Beds were comfortable. Good value for money. Would recommend」

「Lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, right next to Lammas Land playground and pool - perfect for a toddler in a heatwave!! Straightforward walk into town to visit museums and university, we really had a lovely visit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had most of what we needed, some furniture a bit tired but with a lovely courtyard to relax in the evening. We would stay again!」

「This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.」

「1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...
