The beds in the bedroom were very soft although I would only recommend the extra beds on the couch for children, as they were a bit shorter. "

"Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen zum Skifahren in Achenkirch. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Die Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche und der Service ausgezeichnet. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sauber und mit zwei fnnischen, einer Dampfsauna und Infrarotkabinen ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber völlig ausreichend und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Man fühlt sich sofort im ganzen Haus wohl. "This place and surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Next time we will stay at least a week so we can enjoy every thing this place had to offer. "

"The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. "

"We stayed for 4 nights with our 7 and 4 year olds and had a great time. We particularly loved the outside area with the pond and waterslide, with plenty of nice places to relax for adults nearby. We went horse riding and walking near to the hotel. We will definitely be back! "
