Excellent position of the hotel if you ski. A good program for young children. We didn't have heating in the toilet for two days because of a malfunction. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is average, but there is a good selection of salads. The rooms are small but clean. They could clean up the snow in front of the hotel and the parking lot better.

Fer prices for drinks, personal very nice, the hotel clean, but big problem in the room nb 233 with smell from septic tank. Exactly what I read in some review before.

Una struttura che purtroppo in estate necessita per forza di muoversi per mangiare. Necessiterebbe inoltre di aria condizionata, ormai in estate fa caldo anche in quota e diventa una sauna. Personale gentile e disponibile, vista del cielo mozzafiato, camera pulita e confortevole. Costo contenuto.

Vengo in questo hotel da 15 anni, mai avuto così tanti problemi, sapevo che aveva perso un po’ dopo il cambio di proprietà ma dallo scorso anno un decadimento assurdo. Partendo dalla cena, il primo servito freddo e con poco condimento (paccheri con crema di zucchine e gamberi…1 gambero molto piccolo) per secondo, lo stinco durissimo e immangiabile e la “polenta” forse anche peggio, il tacchino con riso anche non all’altezza specialmente il riso duro, tutto attaccato e senza sale. La Sky box a pagamento (una volta gratis) si può tenere fino alle 14 del giorno successivo, completamente inutile visto che le piste chiudono alle 16, dopo pranzo ho dovuto togliermi sci e scarponi solo per riportare in macchina le scarpe per liberare la sky box e poi tornare a ritornare la carta e quindi ritornare sulle piste, rimettere sci e scarponi e tornare a sciare. Il parcheggio riservato all’hotel se nevica non viene pulito, ho dovuto perdere un sacco di tempo per mettere e togliere le catene da neve per fare 20 metri perché c’erano 30 cm di neve e l’hotel (nonostante fosse stato chiesto) non ha pulito il parcheggio, i parcheggi pubblici là vicino e le strade invece erano completamente pulite…a saperlo non avrei usufruito del loro parcheggio, sopratutto perché sono rimasto bloccato 1 ora prima di poter uscire in quanto diverse macchine si sono parcheggiate davanti all’uscita del parcheggio e l’hotel non sapeva di chi fossero nonostante io abbia chiesto ore prima di far liberare l’uscita.

struttura particolarmente votata al periodo invernale essendo posizionata ai piedi delle piste da sci, nel periodo estivo offre pernottamenti in comode stanze e buona, prima variegata colazione; buona tranquillita' e pulizia. Mi permetto di segnalare il personale, che nonostante la giovane eta' , di anni e lavoro, e' sempre presente e attento alle esigenze dell'ospite, bravi. pranzi e cene si possono fruire in piu' di un locale distanti poche centinaia di metri dall'albergo.
