"Stayed at this location for about a week md during the snow storm . Overall the stay was great, beautiful hotel and unique rooms I stayed in a few styles. The front desk staff was professional and kind - Sherrie M. was wonderful and always helpful with a smile no matter how frigid the lobby was. Thankfully management had the fire place fixed towards the end of the stay. Sunday brunch had more than we expected and something for everyone. The other restaurants coffee shop we great as well . The maintenance staff was helpful and professional and the rooms and linen were clean. Looking forward to staying again due in the fall. Again, thank you Sherrie M, for all you did to ensure we had a great stay. "

"room was horrible. bathroom had no hot water, was room temp at best. the vinyl flooring was dirty and coming apart, the bedding had stains all over and cigarette burns in them in a non smoking room, when i sat up on the bed and leaned against the wall the headboard came crashing down. experience was so bad we left that night and got a new hotel. went back to tell them everything in the morning and was refunded a refund for the horrible experience. "
