"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "Great location. Right on the slopes. Rooms very tired but adequate. The main problem is how cold the communal area is in the evening. The restaurant is so cold and you really only have that area to hang out as the room is only for sleeping "
