Amazing staff, very clean. Next to shopping centre which was great. Downsides - restaurant had only one wine by the glass so we had to eat elsewhere and two pools, only one gets the sun in the morning but this was reserved for guests in the next hotel (Westin) and not allowed usage.

Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya
I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty. I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration ...
