Very nice hotel at the center of Surabaya
Friendly staffs with charming smiling face, and responded to request with high efficuecy. Room is trendy and clean, and I got a free English newspaper. Breakfast at the garden is simply spectacular!

Hotel was excellent with big room. Room was clean. Toilet cover needs to be changed coz it looks old and dirty. Breakfast spread was great. I will come back again for sure if I’m going to Surabaya. Staffs were friendly and polite.

I always stay at this hotel every time I visited Indonesia. I love their breakfast and restaurant menus. Quiet place even though you’re in the middle of city, you feel like you’re in the village. Serene and beautiful. Staffs are amazing. You are treated like a special guess. I will always stay here when I’m in town, I totally recommend this hotel for anybody coming visit Surabaya.

滞在中急に水が出なくなるトラブルがありました。それ以外は快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 中庭のリゾートチックな作りは非常に良かったです。可能であれば、もう少し蚊の対策をしてくれるともっと嬉しいです。

This hotel is above and beyond my expectations. The location is outstanding, close to city center, major attractions and shopping malls. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The staff were extremely professional, polite, and supportive. I love my stay and definitely would love to go back.

It is a very nice hotel with aweaome garden. However food choice was limited to local fare and it was almost the same food being served for breakfaat lunch and dinner. After three days stay some of my children skip breakfast.

A cultural and unique hotel
We stayed for a business purpose and followed by family time. Both times we had a great time. Room design was incorporated with cultural arts which was really nice. It was spacious as well. Bathroom was all marbles. Breakfast was phenomenal. Tons of choices that cater to local and international tastes. Garden was nice. We'd definitely stay there again.

What an amazing place in Surabaya city with a villa decoration, i love the breakfast so much, i enjoyed kinds of Indonesian food, they are all delicious. All the staff are nice, kind and helpful, I love Ms. Aprelia so much, the charming little girl help me a lot, she introduce me to explore the poolside bar in the 3rd floor, and help me to reserve Surabaya Heritage Tracking which provides me a safe and expertise way to having a city tour in Surabaya. Hope I may come and visit Surabaya again and definitely the Bumi Surabaya City Resort is the best choice. 這家飯店太棒了, 雖然位子在市區, 但是擁有 villa 的環境,一踏進飯店就像住進villa 般的舒適及輕鬆,尤其是飯店附設的早餐,可以在美麗的戶外區用餐,食物多樣化,可以好好享受多種印尼式餐點. 這次是單獨在泗水旅遊,住了3個晚上,有2 個全日的的行程,簡單介紹如下: 1. 請飯店安排機場來回接送: IDR240,000/單程 2. 市區文通以藍鳥(Blue Bird)計程車為主,飯店可代為叫車. 3. 飯店-HOS (House of Samporena) 菸草博物館(也是市區觀光巴士的搭乘站) 請飯店叫 taxi = IDR30,000 4. 市區觀光巴士(Surabaya Heritage Track)要先訂位,請飯店櫃枱協助訂位, 免費搭乘, 有3 個車次,分別參觀不同路線, 早上10:00, 下午1:00, 3:00 全程約1.5小時,博物館門票自理,配英/印尼語隨車導遊. 5.
