「The level of service was amazing. The hotel room’s sink would not drain and they changed our room right away. Frank from front desk was very courteous, and texted throughout the stay. Breakfast staff kept area clean and well stocked. Bottled water available on request was very helpful. We had a late checked out, and forgot a few hanging items. Called later that evening they located them and we were able to retrieve them. This hotel and its staff gave excellent service. Not often found these...

「My first room had old food items left over from previous guest that house cleaning must have missed. The manager on duty took care of it right away. No issues here- just making sure you are aware. 」

「The hotel is centrally located in West Ashley. Easy to get to Charleston. I brought two dogs who were comfortable and thankfully quiet. Area to walk pets was plentiful. Staff was friendly, room was really clean and even the other lodgers were friendly!」
