「Easy checkin. Rooms were nice and clean. When i called and told them my coffee maker wasnt working, the service man was up with a new one on 10 minutes. This was at 10:15 at night.」

「An awesome place for the price if it’s just a couple of you. Don’t recommend if it’s for a vacation for bigger families and kids as there is no pool, no breakfast or bars etc. Recommend resort style. But awesome place just to sleep, relax, 5 min walk to the beach so great location! Super clean. Definitely recommend if you’re just there and don’t care for the breakfast side and pool! 」

「One night stay pre cruise boarding. Nice, quiet , clean. Parking was not an issue. Didn't pay to park during the cruise. Was easier to park at the cruise terminal. Shuttle not worth the wait in my opinion. Very close to the Royal Carribean terminal. Super convenient. places to eat near by. 」

「Loved this hotel and hope to return. Easy access to the beach and two pools were good. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful, and the staff is very attentive. Many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel looks very newly renovated. 」

「Staff is great. There was this gentleman, I beleive his name is Tim, was helping everybody. With luggage, with questions, he even helped me push my luggage into my room. I once worked at a Ritz Catlton, I know what good customer service looks like. These guuys are the best. That includes the Front Desk.」

「The staff eas very nice and helpful. The elevator was under maintenance and they had plenty of staff to help with luggage.」
