「We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.」

「We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. 「I was in the newer wing and had a beautiful view out my window. I stayed Thursday-Sunday and the noise was minimal. I believe my room must have been above the fitness area as I did hear gym sounds as I sat in my room. The room was quite spacious and I had all I needed for a pleasant stay.
