「I love staying here, however I have two issues:
1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys.
2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.」

「Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach
It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it」
