「This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms. This year we found the room to be quite neglected. The items we noted were as follows: The shower door would not close and had about a 6" gap. The iron had the pointed end broken completely off. 「This was our first time here. It was my wide and me plus our daughter and 3 year old grandson. The property was wonderful. Things we loved: 1. So close to the beach with great beach access 2. Amenities: The waterpark, the indoor poor, the arcade, and the outdoor pool 3. Friendly staff 4. Onsite restaurant has very good breakfast. 5. Clean, spacious rooms. (If we had had a broom, we could have kept the sand at bay) Things we would change: 1. Automatic doors - the carts are hard to get...

「Very nice overnight stay. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the busy elevators. But there were a lot of guests, so we just had to be patient. But we would definitely stay here again.」

「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」
