"I had a room that did not have a window to the outside, it was between ground floor and first floor over the car park driveway. There was no hot water in the shower only Luke warm. The cups that were supplied for coffee had no saucers and initially no kettle. The breakfast was minimal with some hot Vietnamese food, no cereal or milk, and you had to have coffee in a glass-no cups. And staff were not that friendly. This is the only hotel I have had that I am not happy with in four weeks."

"We had problems with no shower in a deluxe room and the breakfast was very limited and refreshed often and most warm or cold. A lovely lady at reception called Mia tried so hard to help make our stay enjoyable and without her help we would have checked out early! Thank you Mia. "

"The room was in good condition but the bathroom had a water leak. The owner said she would have a plumber to check it out and fix it but nobody did. It seems the problem was there for long time because she put a plastic floormat in the room for me to stand on without getting my feet wet. The location was good. Staff was Ok. Wifi and AC waref good."
