Boutique hotel within walking distance of train station and in downtown Sundsvall. Lightly staffed and property was a bit aged, understandably because the building was probably 100 years old, but it met our needs and breakfast was sufficient.

Vi fick ett större rum det är vi tacksamma för. Ingen dubbelsäng utan 2 enkelsängar som satt ihop, mindre bra. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsamma. Frukosten begränsad men ok. Kaffemaskinen tog tid på sig, tur att det inte var många gäster.

Trevlig personal. Rummet var rent men tyvärr slitet, i behov av omsorg. Det kändes som att kliva tillbaka till 80-talet. Det fanns ingen mörkläggningsgardin på de två fönstren, toaletten fyllde inte på vatten efter att man spolat, duschkabinen var svår att stänga. Bra frukost och bra läge. "You get what you pay for".

Jag blev uppgraderad till ett större rum gratis när jag checkade in, så det var positivt men jag är inte nöjd med hotellet. Mitt badrum var väldigt gammalt och handtaget på dörren var helt löst, det drog väldigt kallt från fönstren och det gick inte att höja värmen. Jag hade även pälsängerlarver på rummet...

Hotellet blev en besvikelse.

Vi tyckte vi hittat ett billigt rum, vilket var viktigt. Tyvärr blev vi lite besvikna över dessa saker: 1. Väldigt trånga utrymmen i dusch och toa. 2. Dålig nerrinning i handfatet. 3. Saknade en pall till. 4. Bättre gardin för fönstret, helst en mörkläggning. 5. Smutsiga lister. 6. Saknade bäddmadrass, hårt för en ond rygg att sova utan en sådan. 7. En alldeles för liten hiss, hemskt jobbiga trappor för en som har svårt att gå! 8. Lite snålt tilltagen frukost, annars fint upplagt.
